Rates

• All prices are listed in euros (€) and do not include the final cleaning fee or local tax. Rates are per apartment, per night, for 1–4 guests, based on self-catering.
• Local tax:  € 4.00 per person per night, increasing to € 5.00 from November 1, 2025; applies from the age of 15.
• Final cleaning fee:
  € 100.00 per stay for Apartments I, B, E and S
  € 120.00 per stay for Penthouse V
   

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  Arriving earlier or later? Please contact us in advance. Be aware that parking fees apply for early check-in as parking space is limited.
• Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
  Need a later check-out? Please check with us in advance. Additional parking fees apply for late check-out as parking space is limited.

Pets 

• Sorry, but we do not allow pets at ViBES.

Booking

• To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit via bank transfer.
• We accept cash, EC cards, Mastercard and VISA.
• Cancellation policy
• Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• From 6 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• No-show: 100% of the total amount
• A € 400.00 security deposit is required per apartment.
• Notice any damage when you arrive? Please let us know right away and include a photo.

Insurance

• We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance. You can book it directly with our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung. For details, refer to their website.
• Covered by your credit card?
  Many credit cards include travel insurance, but often only for the cardholder. In case of cancellation, that means only the cardholder’s share is refunded. Please double-check your coverage with your credit card provider.
